All of the Hotel Staff were extremely helpful and friendly; especially Landon who happily provided numerous restaurant recommendations and directions to local hot spots. The location was excellent, and I loved the creative decor in each guest room and bathroom.

Was a good stay, eclectic in the heart of peace love dove Haight street.
The communication regarding the booking was non-existant and they had no record of the Booked.net booking phone is not staffed after 8pm and then only very relaxed... in tune with the style of the hotel...

There is some hippie charm to a dilapidated hotel in the Haight however.....
it was overrated for the price. The room was small and had very old furnishings that were not exceptionally clean.
